Lab Design

    • LAN ports, future devices/software
    • allow multiple groups to conduct research simultaneously on various devices
  • Network connectivity:
    • Phase 1: Internet connectivity within Lab on a separate network 
    • Phase 2: Ability to take SmartHome devices to classrooms on campus, and get connectivity
    • Phase 3: Ability to remotely access the devices and the access-point in WH 308
    • Phase 4: Setting up medium-interaction Honeypots to attract attackers and collect real-time data and malware

    • Hardware: Smart—Lamps, TV, Routers, Wearables, Assistants, Blood Pressure Monitor, Security Cameras, Home Alarm System, Raspberry Pis
    • Analysis tools: WiFi Pineapple
    • Workstations: 2 Apple iMacs (OSX) & 2 Dell All-in-Ones (Windows)
